I'm a lawyer. My friends and family tell me jokes all the time and I wanted some new material. I can take a joke and rarely get offended. Everyone knows a lot of jokes about lawyers are insinuating they aren't honest. I gave the book two stars because I just didn't think these were funny. 99% of them were just calling lawyers liars and cheats. Not offended, the jokes just weren't that good. There's a tons of jokes though, which I guess could be good, but I would have preferred the author be more selective.
Ordered this book as a gift. It arrived slightly damaged (back cover was bent and thencorner looks like it hit something) even though the box it came in was perfectly fine. I donâ€™t have time to return it so hopefully the person whom it was bought for doesnâ€™t notice.

A funny book for a new lawyer given as a gift. The book was laid out well because it was broken into small chapters. I can see this book as a resource if you need a good lawyer joke for a speech etc.
Present for my brother who just graduated from law school.
I bought it to find material for a few lawyer jokes. There were lots of good ones (and a few terrible ones!). But overall, it's a good book that you will find funny or useful for speaking engagements.
